Mary Bebout: Mary is a musician, educator, and proud supporter of arts. She is a percussionist with the Springfield Symphony Orchestra and the Southwest Ohio Philharmonic Orchestra, and has performed with various ensembles throughout Southwest Ohio. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in music education from Indiana University, Bloomington with a concentration in percussion and a minor in business. She earned her Master’s degree in music education from the University of Maryland, College Park. Mary has an extensive teaching background that includes public school teaching and private instruction. Previously, she taught high school instrumental music in Montgomery County, Maryland including concert band, jazz band, and string orchestra. She also served as an adjunct percussion faculty member at Miami University (Ohio). Most recently, Mary owned and operated a successful private music studio where she taught musicians of all ages and abilities.Mary resides in Lebanon, OH with her husband and two children. As a board member, Mary will use her experience to advance the mission of the Warren County Theatre Project and promote the talents of local performers, bringing arts and theatre to the community.
Mandy Smith: Mandy is a graphic designer living and working in the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. She has a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication Design from the University of Cincinnati School of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). Growing up in Lebanon, Ohio, Mandy was fortunate to experience arts and theater opportunities that included classes at Dancekids Studio, Lebanon Theater Company workshops, and arts education including drawing, painting and design. Mandy is involved in local events with the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) including Annual Portfolio Day, where professional designers mentor and review the portfolios of graduating college students in graphic design. As a board member, Mandy will use her access to a vibrant urban community to influence Warren County’s opportunities for youth involvement in the arts.
Paul Hanson: Paul is a native of Montgomery, Ohio graduating from the University of Cincinnati where his focus of studies included Physics, Psychology, Biology and Chemistry. He has worked in retail, in sales, as a musician, a cartographer, a freelance writer, a teacher, a technologist, and a computer systems engineer. His employment contributions include non-profits like the Cincinnati Park Board, Cincinnati Museum of Natural History, and Cincinnati Museum Center. In addition to his service to the non-profit sector, Paul has also held positions including technologist, data scientist, and engineer serving the industries of Telecommunications, Education, and Finance. He is currently employed at Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio as an Identity Management Engineer. He lives in Lebanon, Ohio with his wife, 3 daughters, 2 dogs and 2 cats, and enjoys writing original music in his free time.
Laura Roble: Laura is a passionate advocate for performing arts and arts education in Warren County and the Tri-State Region. She has over 18 years work experience with non-profits. Laura brings a background in education, communications, and marketing to this role as board member. Laura is a graduate of University of Dayton, School of Education and Communications. Laura is currently Water Fitness Coordinator at Countryside YMCA, Lebanon Ohio.
Randy Overbeck: Randy holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton. A Lebanon resident, he is retired but continues to stay busy as an independent consultant and part of the Team to Assist Schools in Academic Trouble.
Cara Edwards: Cara is life long resident of Warren County and a graduate of Lebanon Public Schools. She is a single mother of two daughters and an active member of the Warren County Democratic Party.
